  1. You share your building drawing with us and we work out a quote for it.
  2. We do site visits to take actual measurements once the building has reached the lintel level.

We provide a technician to work with your construction workers to do the installation.

This also offers an opportunity for sharing the know-how to other construction workers.

We provide a technician, as such you only need unskilled labourers to support the process.

No these blocks are only for slab and flat roof buildings only.

We encourage site visits to take actual measurements as once the beams are cut they must be accurate to fit in the building.

No. Once the prestressed beams and hollow blocks are installed you add BRC mesh and no additional steel on the slab.

Yes. The prestressed beams and hollow blocks have been used for ages to construct highrise buildings.Indeed this type of slab is ideal as it is strong, durable and light thus ideal for multi-storey buildings.

The beams are made with 6 high tension steel tendons that are tensioned before concrete is applied.

The technology requires 50% lesser formwork with spacing of maximum 1metre between the 3by2.

Our technical team during site visits guides the  construction crew (fundis) on how to do the formwork.

The slab curing 14 days, after which the timber formwork on Flat Beam Floor can be removed.

Once the prestressed beams and hollow blocks are installed, the electrical and plumbing work is done before BRC is installed.
